The person signing this contract represents that he or she is the owner or authorized agent of the mare named on this contract. This contract specifically relates to the mare named above. This contract is valid only to the mare named on this contract and may not be transferred without the consent of Dr. Bridgette Jablonsky. Signing of this contract is agreement that the named mare will not be bred to any other stallion during the named breeding season without the written consent of Dr. Bridgette Jablonsky. Only one mating certificate will be issued per mare. The advertised service fee is due and payable when the mare has a live foal (one that can stand and nurse) or when the mare changes ownership (whichever comes first). Terms are net thirty (30) days. If payment is not received within thirty (30) days of invoicing a late payment penalty of 2% will be imposed. Mating certificates will only be issued when all financial obligations have been fulfilled.
