About Hellabalou
Hellabalou is an iron-tough son of super sire Sweet Lou from one of the sport’s hottest maternal families whose performers include Boston Red Rocks p,1:48.2f $1,365,823, Mcseaside p,1;48.4 $595,238 and this year’s Ohio 2-year-old phenom Rick Wink p,2,1:50.2h $376,675. At 3, Hellabalou won his elimination of The Meadowlands Pace in 1:49.2 with a last quarter of 25.2 and both his elimination and final of The Adios. As an older horse, Hellabalou became a stalwart in the opens and preferreds at several racetracks with the crown jewel being his victories in the Borgata Final at Yonkers in both 2023 and 2024.
